The Canadian Esox Association

Welcome to the Canadian Esox Association homepage. We hope that you enjoy reading the articles and find them useful. You will notice that our Forum is for CEA members only. To become a member please contact us at canadianesox@mymts.net or come and check us out at our monthly meeting. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at the Marion Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The majority of the meeting is dedicated to educational presentations from club members, local musky nuts, or other guest speakers with in-depth knowledge on everything musky related, including information related to proper care and maintenance of our fisheries. We also host several club outings each year to lodges on Lake of the Woods, Minaki, Eagle Lake, and Lac Seul.

Thanks to our webmaster and fellow fishing finatic Ty Chartrand for designing our site. Check out his Manitoba Outdoors site for an online magazine and forums related to everything fishing or hunting related in Manitoba.

I have been meaning to post a note about this topic for some time now, for those who are just starting out and who have not been hit with the addiction as bad as we in our Musky Club have; discussing musky fishing at our monthly meetings and through email and text messages, reading musky magazines and online articles, watching every video on musky fishing that comes out, going to musky expos, and living and breathing everything musky 24/7, 12 months of the year.
